For the first time Bolivian television, in this case the Bolivisión channel and their program Hora23, has dedicated an entire program to present a report about wildlife trafficking in Bolivia, a problem that had not received previously the attention it deserves.

The personnel of La Senda Verde, as a animal refuge and as primary actors in the fight against wildlife trafficking, feel very happy about the content and quality of the program. In it a report takes place during a visit that the TV personnel made to the wildlife sanctuary in Yolosa, and has interviews of very important actors in the conservation of the environment in Bolivia, as is Alex Villca, main leader of the indigenous people of the Madidi region and Vicky and Marcelo Ossio, founders of La Send Verde.

During the report, the administrator of the Vesty Pakos Zoo in La Paz, Andrea Morales, is interviewed and answers the very well elaborated questions that Juan Pablo Guzman, the program’s presenter, had for her. Also in the report were Donovan Osorio, a renowned biologist and Ana Serrano, who currently leads the efforts to protect Jaguars in Bolivia. We invite you to practice your Spanish and enjoy the program, available in the following link:
